In case that you require a faster method of shipping that the Air parcel then e-mail or fax us for shipping cost estimation by courier or by Air cargo (Please see 2 and 3) Make sure that you include your full address, item number, code, color (if applicable) and quantity. It is our responsibility and goal to provide for you the most secure and cost effective method of shipment. The shipping cost will be calculated and sent to you by e-mail or fax before you place your order. You have no obligation and will not be charged for your request for a shipping cost estimation. When you will receive our e-mail with the total cost of the order then you can choose to place your confirm order by using any of the payments types offered from B & R CREATIONS (Please see TYPES OF PAYMENT). Most of the items shown in our web site are in our stock and can be shipped within 2 to 4 working days after receiving your confirm order. If any item is not in stock you will be notified with the " Shipping cost estimate " e-mail with an estimate days needed to have the item ready for shipment. The time can vary from 4 to 10 working days depending of the items or options that you requested. We are using the following options of shipment: 1) ) AIR PARCEL We are using Air Parcel as our standard method of shipping. Once the parcel is shipped it takes from 1.5 to 4 weeks to arrive in most destinations in the world. All our items shipped to you are covered by insurance. In case of damage or missing items you must report immediately to the post office that deliver you the parcel and then B & R CREATIONS by e-mail or fax. In order to offer to our customers " full customer satisfaction " we are involved in all claims that will be settled by the COURIER, insurance and B & R CREATIONS. 2) INTERNATIONAL COURIER We are using different international couriers depending of your destination. Once the parcel is shipped it takes from 2 to 6 working days to arrive in most destinations in the world. For most countries, receiving African Art items art not taxable (developing countries agreement) and you will receive your parcel at the address you stated with your order. In the event that the items attracts any form of tax or duty then the courier company will notify you by phone or email the amount involved and upon your acceptance they will proceed in clearing the items and deliver the parcel to you. All our items shipped to you are covered by insurance. In order to offer to our customers " full customer satisfaction " we are involved in all claims that will be settled by the COURIER insurance and B & R CREATIONS. In order to have a more cost effective shipping cost it is recommended to combine your order with 3 or more items. Couriers have a formula for charging that is based on weight and volume. 3) AIR CARGO Another option for larger orders is air cargo. We are using commercial and cargo airlines to deliver to most countries in the world. Once the parcel is shipped it takes from 2 to 4 working days to arrive in most destinations in the world. Air cargo forwarders require a minimum 100 KG (220 LB) per order. You will need a clearing agent to clear goods shipped with air cargo unless we arrange for you door to door delivery all in a prefixed price (except duties or taxes if any paid by the customer at destination). All air cargo parcels are covered by insurance. In case of damage or missing items you must report immediately to the courier/airline that deliver you the parcel and then B & R CREATIONS by e-mail or fax. TYPES OF PAYMENT At the moment we can offer two types of payment. 1) Credit card payment via 2checkout.com Goods and services provided by B&R CREATIONS GH Sold by 2CheckOut.com Inc.(Ohio, USA) 2) TELEGRAPHIC OR ELECTRONIC TRANSFER THOUGH YOUR BANK TO OUR ACCOUNT. After sending us the ordering form with the items you wish to purchase (please see ORDERING INFORMATION) we will notify you by e-mail the total cost of the items including shipping cost and our banking details that you will need to make us the transfer. Please ask your bank that you wish to make a money transfer and your Bank in a matter of minutes can do the transfer for you. 3) WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFERS. After sending us your e-mail or fax with the items you wish to purchase we will notify you by e-mail the total cost of the items including shipping cost and information you will need to make a Western Union transfer to us. Please find the WESTERN UNION agent located nearer to you and within minutes the transfer can be made. The items must be returned with the same courier (prepaid) that where sent to you. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. A refund of the purchasing price (less shipping charges) will be made to you within two weeks after receiving the items.
